Myofascial Release Massage
$90 per hour session
$135 per 90 minute session
This addresses the fascia and myofascia, and is done without oil or clothing (although you will be draped for modesty). This dynamic technique is effective at releasing adhesions, changing restrictive holding patterns in the soft tissue and restoring the body's natural flow and glide-ability. Myofascial Release Therapy is highly effective at addressing pain, increasing range of movement and restoring overall function in the body.
Micro Fascial Unwinding
$90 per hour
This addresses the fascia and myofascia from the inside out, and is done while fully clothed. This is a more gentle practice than MFR. It works to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, letting clients move away from the 'fight or flight' arena and towards a calmer state. A more subtle way of exploring the fascial matrix, utilising the mind/body connection present in all of us. As with MFR, MFU is effective at releasing adhesions, changing restrictive holding patterns in the soft tissue and restoring the body's natural flow and glide-ability.
Scar Tissue Release
$80 per session
This can use a combination of Acupuncture, McLaughlin Scar Tissue Release, Myofascial Release Massage, laser or Moxa.
Acupuncture
$80 for initial consultation (90 minutes)
$60 for subsequent sessions (60 minutes)
I have completed my four year program of study for Classical Chinese Acupuncture and am registered with CMCNZ. Please allow 90 minutes for your first session and approximately an hour for each subsequent session.
If a session includes treatment for a scar, this may need to be booked for an initial consultation as it will take longer
